Using Approve

Approve works in conjunction with eFinancials and ePO.

When you log into QuickTask Property Management and select Approve, there are two options on the menu:

PO Approvals - Gives a supervisor the ability to approve, revise, or deny a purchase order.
Invoice Authorization - Gives a user the ability to authorize invoices.
